join us for a 420 friendly yoga flow 🌱Â
moving mindfully to our breath to welcome a shift in conscuiousness as we connect with the body, emotional and energetic states of being.🌳we'll chill, flow, and receive the tree and sky together. ☆
meeting at St. James Park at 9:45am for class at 10am ♡
