It is a course that is ready to serve you and your practice to take it to the - next - level ! ♡ Reminder; these courses are Not your basic trainings, they are Intensives for a reason. We will physically drill and dive deep into methodology, history & culture - offering a educational and informational foundation in each lesson! Heres our 4 Schedule ♡ Week 1️⃣ : Rocket Yoga + Lecture | 90min Week 2️⃣ : Deep Backbends + Lecture | 90min Week 3️⃣ : Inversions, drills + Lecture | 90min Week 4️⃣ : Solo Flows, Transitions + Lecture | 90min The intention for this course is to offer a deeper understanding of traditional Yoga and self relationship, while integrating the Yoga Method as a lifestyle.
