While sunbathing in the garden, Ari will guide you through a playful and gentle 60 min yoga flow in the company of a colorful flowering garden. The intention for this curated class is to embody and love your authentic frequency.
After class, we will share space and have a picnic as a community. Pack a lunch or bring something to pass.
