About the event
A soft journey through the elements, these sessions will pair mindfulness exercises with bespoke movement supported by the entrancing sound of Kochi chimes. Meticulously crafted at the foot of the Pyrenean mountains, these chimes are well-known for their ability to share soothing energy and healing capabilities through frequency.
Beginning the series with the Earth element, practitioners will then be lead through air, fire, and water to complete the seires with a Cosmic session ✩ Each elemental experience will be 50 mins, and will be energetically guided by Tawn Williams with movement curated by Ari (:
