Coming back into our Heart Space

Ashley travels to from the MKE area to be our Special guest Teacher <3 

In this heart centered workshop, we will be diving into a meditation dedicated to our love we have for all, hopefully instilling a new found perspective for our current reality. Self love, an important ingredient for allowing ourselves to show the world more love, will also be an aspect of this practice. We will then move into our asana practice, focusing on back bends in order to help us open our hearts to new possibilities, ending with a Savasana accompanied by singing bowls.
