About the event
Pack your beach bag and lets spend the afternoon together in community ✩
We'll meet at the beach, settle in ( maybe take a pre practice dip (; ) , then be lead through a mindful movement yoga flow by ari ♡
After, we'll enjoy a picnic and have a playful afternoon (:
